Ministry isn’t something you work for it is something you practice. It is interesting that God’s qualifications in ministry have little to do with degrees or talent but almost entirely to do with character. Your ideal is what you wish you were. Your reputation is what people say you are. However, your character is what you are. We will look at what character is and is not.
